2016 is here and Tyson Properties is ready to embrace the New Year with open arms
For Tyson Properties, 2015 was fundamentally about building a solid foundation by creating a positive work environment and attracting Cape Town’s top agents thus impacting the market in a positive manner and using our creative individuality to market properties and our agents in new and exciting ways. Having done that successfully we are ready to take 2016 by the horns!
We are very proud and humbled to announce Malka Zinmann, Lauren Smith and Bianca Gutteridge have recently joined us to strengthen our already strong sectional title team on the Atlantic Seaboard.
With many years of experience between them and the upstanding reputations that they have in the industry we know that they will be a huge success within our brand and will be ready to take on any challenges 2016 has to offer.
With the arrival of Neil Abernethy from one of the top UK based letting companies, we feel extremely confident with our new letting division which launched on the 1st February 2016. Neil brings with him the same level of service the European market is accustomed to. Our expectation is to grow our letting division in a similar manner to our sales division. We wish Neil the very best of luck and we know Cape Town will embrace his passion for customer service.
With great excitement we have started planning our new office in the City Bowl. Our young team lead by Jayson Sprawson has experienced huge success already. Having secured a good market share in the City Bowl over the last year we know we have a team ready to get the job done. Jayson’s passion for the City is infectious and his leadership qualities allow him to get the best out of his extremely dynamic and motivated team. So watch this space!
Having embraced the title as the underdog real estate agents we are once again ready to punch well above our weight in 2016! We would like to thank the people of Cape Town for believing in us and giving us the opportunity to market their amazing homes. We are truly humbled and grateful for all your support and we look forward to another successful year. Fuelled by our passion for innovation and customer service, we know it is going to be a good one!
