Tyson Properties Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl has officially been open for 6 months now and writing our first monthly newsletter has given me time to reflect.
We came into a market that has been thriving for quite some time, however it has been dominated by the traditional powerhouses of the Western Cape real estate market and many people said it was next to impossible to break into this market for this reason. It seems we have proven a lot of people wrong.
We decided from the beginning that we were going to go against the tide, setting us apart from the other traditional real estate companies.
Firstly, Tyson Properties is founded upon ethics and morals that we will not compromise on. We have created a very unique work environment where top agents can thrive and be the best that they can possibly be and our offices are a truly special environment.
Our marketing is exceptional and we have pushed the envelope with regard to showcasing our properties on a scale that has never been done before in the South African market.
It is through these attributes that we have been able to secure some of the top real estate agents on the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl and with them we have managed to secure a significant market share from inception, while making the dreams come true of many buyers and sellers within our community.
What sets Tyson Properties apart and the reason I believe we have been so successful up to this point in such a short period of time, is the synergy that is created through our staff’s teamwork that goes on behind the scenes. We believe that by using each other’s strengths we have been able to punch well above our weight.
We are proud and humbled by the amazing success we have had and the fantastic support from the local community. This summer is going to be a very exciting time for Tyson Properties. We have secured the services of local top agents who will be joining us and we look forward to welcoming them into the Tyson Family. We’ll be starting a rental division that will have a unique international flavour to it, bringing our clients the same standards of letting that the European market has become accustomed to and that our local clients desperately need.
As the season starts to heat up we believe the property market will be doing the same. This Summer, we expect to see record breaking prices achieved in both the Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl. It is a very exciting time to be both buying and selling as there are massive opportunities to be taken advantage of.
Having set a great foundation within our first 6 months, with energy and positivity that is unrivalled within our industry, our next goal would be to gain a more significant market share within our area. We look forward to meeting more families and helping them secure their dream homes whilst having a bit of fun along the way.
We are truly grateful that Cape Town has embraced us in such a positive manner and we are extremely proud to be the change that has been needed within the industry.
