Andre and Annie De Klerk make a formidable team, both in business and in marriage. Both hailing from Joburg, this sweet couple have settled into their new life together on Durban’s sunny shores, bringing over two decades worth of real estate background each, with them. With asking price of R5,950 000 the house had a great turn out on show day as the well photographed house brought many interested buyers.
The successful buyer, a resident of Joburg snapped the house saying that it was exactly the type of house he was looking for after selling his previous home in Durban. Drawn to Durban by the sub-tropical climate and family-centric environment, the new owner was happy with the good fortune of being able to sign up first.
