Our Cape Town office is open for business and we are delighted to introduce our Cape Town partners to you!
Nick Pearson and Michael Bester are heading up the brand new offices in Sea Point which offer 300 square metres of luxury floor space that set new design parameters to complement our brand.
Nick is a rising star in the Cape Town property market. He says that the vision he has for himself in his property career ties in perfectly with the ethos of Tyson Properties. He is thrilled to introduce the upmarket brand and the company’s fresh approach to the market to the Western Cape.
“The Atlantic Seaboard has an energy like no other and its residents are vibrant and ready to embrace a different way of thinking. We aim to revolutionise the way in which properties are marketed and to create an environment where the best real estate agents can pursue their careers through creative media platforms and offer unique solutions to buyers and sellers in the area,” says Nick.
Nick entered the property market in 2012 and in a short space of time made his mark on the industry. He grew up around a family of successful real estate agents and says that property is in his blood and that it is the space in which he is most motivated.
Michael Bester is well-known in the property market and has extensive experience in the Cape Town CBD and along the Atlantic Seaboard. In the last three years he has enjoyed great success selling high end beachfront properties in Mouille Point, Sea Point and Green Point and top end homes in Hout Bay and Llandudno.
“I am excited to be a part of building a team of successful people that will help take Tyson Properties to the next level. I would like to mentor younger agents and simultaneously increase my sales contribution to levels never attained before. I believe that Tyson Properties offers the perfect environment to achieve these goals,” said Michael.
Michael is a family man who describes himself as having a laid-back nature but a competitive streak too. He has many years’ sales experience and has also worked in the medical and magazine publishing industries.
The Tyson Properties Atlantic Seaboard and City Bowl office is at 253 Main Road, Sea Point and they will serve the areas from Sea Point to Bakoven as well the suburbs in and surrounding the City Bowl.
