We are please to report that we have seen unprecedented growth in the Residential and Commercial sectors of the property market in the first three months of the year with exceptional sales across all price ranges.
There has been a significant increase in sales in luxury homes and more activity in new developments showing consumer confidence.
Tyson Properties has had its best year since inception recording over 1300 property transaction for the year ending February 2014. This is largely due to increased market share through its 19 offices as well as a slight improvement in the Market.
Tyson Properties has extended its management team in March by welcoming Gareth Bailey as Principal to the Umhlanga franchise and Robyn Evans as manager of our Upper Highway office.
Christie’s International Real Estate will be launching its extended online bespoke marketing program in April offering our Luxury portfolio even more International exposure.
