Tyson Properties is going National!
We are very pleased to share with you that we have embarked on an ambitious expansion plan that will see Tyson Properties offices and franchises established across the country.
While our initial focus will be in Cape Town and Johannesburg, we have set our sights on establishing our unique brand in South Africa’s major city centres over the next five years.
We have been gearing up and preparing to go national in the last few months, but have held back until we were sure that we could translate the culture and reputation that we have created in KZN into national offices and that time is now.
Our Cape Town office will open their doors on May 1. The office, based in Sea Point, will be headed up by Nick Pearson, and will operate on the Atlantic Seaboard and in the City Bowl.
Nick is a rising property professional who has enjoyed great success in a short space of time. His vision for the Cape Town office is to create an environment for the best real estate agents on the Atlantic Seaboard to thrive.
Tyson Properties has enjoyed measurable success over the years. With each passing year, we have exceeded our forecasts, grown our footprint an increased our market share. In a very short space of time, we have dominated the market in most of the areas we operate in.
To have reached the point of expansion is an incredible milestone but it does not surprise me. We have worked very hard to get to this point and I am proud and grateful that so many people in the company shared my dream of creating a sustainable company with a solid foundation – one built on strong ethics and zero tolerance for unethical behaviour. This success was reached through a collective effort by the dynamic people who have chosen to work for our brand.
Our national expansion goals are certainly our most ambitious, but we are well-prepared and ready to grow our award-winning brand!
